Charles B. Andrews, President of SSP&A, is an internationally recognized
hydrogeologist. His technical expertise is the development of new and
improved models to solve complex groundwater flow, contaminant
migration, and remediation problems. Dr. Andrews has served on the
National Ground Water Association Group 2020, a strategic visioning
institute of internationally respected ground water professionals, and
the U.S. National Academy of Sciences committees on groundwater models
and cleanup alternatives.
